I've been using this to reach my feet in seated forward folds, and the extra length makes such a difference in my hamstring stretches. The strap feels sturdy enough to hold my weight without any slipping.

I was skeptical a simple strap could do much, but the way it lets me ease into a hamstring stretch and actually breathe through it is a game changer. It's plain, sturdy, and does exactly what it's meant to — no fuss, just deeper awareness in every pose.

The buckle glides smoothly for easy adjustments, which is a huge help in deeper stretches. I just wish the material had a bit more grip for poses where my hands tend to slip.
