Zafuko Rollable Yoga & Meditation Cushion

I roll it up and toss it in my bag for yoga class, and it springs right back into shape when I unroll it. The height it gives my hips makes a 20-minute sit way easier on my lower back.

The slight lift from this cushion has completely fixed my lower back ache during longer sits—it stays put even when I shift positions. Rolling it up for storage is surprisingly neat, and the firmness is just right for my morning breathing exercises.

I was skeptical about the rollable design at first, but it actually makes storage so easy when I'm not using it. The gentle lift in my hips lets me sit comfortably for a full 20-minute breathing exercise without any fidgeting.
