I fold this under my knees for seated postures and it's firm enough to actually lift my hips instead of squishing flat like my old towel did. The texture grips my mat well too, so nothing slides around mid-pose.

I've been using this blanket as extra padding under my knees during lunges, and it makes a world of difference. The texture gives just enough grip so I don't slide around on my mat. It's quickly become my favorite prop.

The weave is dense yet soft, and it gives the perfect lift under my low back during seated poses. I’ve already made it a permanent part of every session.
