I sweat a lot during hot yoga and this thing actually holds grip the whole class, which I did not expect from a mat that looks this pretty. The cushioning is just enough for my knees without making balance poses feel wobbly.

Finally, a mat that stays put during my sweaty hot yoga sessions without sliding around. The cushioning is just right for my knees in kneeling poses, and the artistic design makes me look forward to rolling it out each time.
