竹製ヨガブロック

I love how smooth and warm the bamboo feels compared to the foam blocks I used before—much nicer on my hands during long holds. They're dense enough that I never worry about them shifting or compressing, even when I'm really leaning into a pose.

These blocks feel really solid under my palms during standing poses, and the beveled edges make them comfortable to grip. They're heavier than the foam ones I used before, which I actually like for the stability.

The smooth bamboo surface gives just enough grip without being sticky, and the density is perfect for supporting my hips in seated twists. It’s also nice knowing they’re made from a fast-renewing material.
