4 in. Foam Yoga Block

Bought this mainly for supported bridge and it's firm enough to hold my weight without squishing, but the foam still has a little give so my hands don't slip. It's light enough that I just toss it in my bag with my mat.

I've been using this block for a few weeks now and the soft yet firm foam is a game changer for restorative poses. It doesn't slide around on my mat and feels stable even when I'm leaning into it heavily.

The weight is just right for carrying between classes, and the foam surface gives me enough grip even when my hands get sweaty. It’s made a huge difference in my standing balances.
